How are audio minutes counted?
Source duration is counted once, rounded up to the next whole second. A 4-minute song uses 4 minutes, including both outputs. Starting a task reserves its duration; confirmed failures release it. Deleting completed results does not restore used minutes.
What can I upload and download?
The current tool accepts MP3 and WAV files up to 30 MB and 5 minutes. A completed separation produces a vocal track and an instrumental track, each available as WAV. Video uploads, batch processing and separate drums, bass or guitar are not included.
Is paid separation better than free separation?
The plans use the same separation model. Paid allowances let you process more source audio; they do not guarantee studio stems or remove every artifact. Listen to the example and preview both tracks before downloading.
How does annual billing work?
Pro is $199 per year; Studio is $399 per year. The annual total is paid upfront. The included 250 or 600 audio minutes refresh monthly, rather than being granted all at once. Unused monthly minutes do not roll over.
Can I cancel, and is there a free trial?
Manage or cancel the next renewal from Billing → Manage subscription. Access remains until the end of the paid billing period. The Free plan needs no payment card; paid subscriptions do not have an automatic free trial.
Will this checkout charge me?
The public website uses Stripe live payments. Submitting payment will make a real charge. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually as selected, with annual totals charged upfront. You can cancel the next renewal from Billing → Manage subscription. Audio allowances refresh monthly; unused monthly minutes do not roll over.
