Cookie Policy
How StemNook uses login cookies, analytics and browser activity storage
Login and essential cookies
StemNook uses login cookies to maintain Google sign-in sessions and protect account actions. Google sign-in, Cloudflare website services and Stripe checkout also handle service-related cookies under their own policies.
Analytics
The production website uses Google Analytics to measure visits to public pages and traffic sources. Analytics cookies may be stored in your browser. This integration does not run in local development. Account settings, authentication callbacks and admin pages are excluded from the website's page measurement.
Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. This integration does not enable targeted advertising or send audio files or account email addresses.
PostHog also measures product journeys and eligible session replays, including tool actions, internal account IDs, task outcomes and confirmed payments. Browser identifiers, cookies and storage associate visits and preserve acquisition. Filenames, account names/emails, audio, payment details and URL query tokens are excluded; private labels and inputs are hidden in replays. Admin pages and account settings are not recorded. Local tests use isolated telemetry. See the privacy notice.
Browser activity storage
The audio workspace uses browser local storage for the latest 50 operations, separately for each account. This list stores operation metadata, not audio files, and does not sync across devices. AI separation jobs and unexpired results are stored separately on the server. See the privacy notice.
Managing cookies and storage
You can delete or block cookies, or clear website local storage, through your browser settings. Deleting login cookies ends the current session. Clearing local storage removes this browser's activity list. Neither action deletes files already downloaded to your device or automatically removes server-side tasks.
