To report a problem to the person running this installation, provide the page language, browser, file format, approximate duration, and the error message. Do not include private recordings, credentials, or model-service job links unless you intend to share them.

For an offline-service message, check that both the website and local model service are running. For a failed input, try a short valid MP3 or WAV. Operator contact details must be added before a public launch.
